Affordable Homeownership Opportunities

Catholics for Housing has been awarded funding to provide down payment and closing cost assistance as well as renovation funds utilizing the Prince William County funds allocated through the Federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).

Eligible applicants must:

 Have a gross household income of no more than 50% of the Area Median Income, adjusted for family size;
 Complete a homeownership training; and
 Secure a first mortgage.
